GEORGE E. DAHMER
George E. Dahmer, age 75, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025, at Silverado of Lee’s Summit surrounded by his loving family.
A Celebration of his life will be Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc., 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri. Visitation will be at 10-11 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be Friday, May 15, 2026 in Moore Cemetery, Nevada, Missouri.
George was born in Nevada, Missouri on February 16, 1950, the son of George T. Dahmer and Mildred A. McKnight. Shortly after graduating from high school, George furthered his education in trade school for a few years. On January 27, 1969, George married Nanette K. Brown. Together, they were blessed with three children, Marty, Brian and Jamie. In life, George and his wife Nan owned and operated Dahmer Construction for 38 years. George loved to work, he also had rental properties and loved his cattle farming operation. In his spare time, he did some fishing and enjoyed watching football and NASCAR. George was a man of faith; he was a member of Fellowship Greenwood for over 40 years.
George was preceded in death by his parents, George T. and Mildred A. Dahmer; his infant son, Jamie Dahmer; and his brother, Larry Dahmer.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nanette “Nan” K. Dahmer; two sons, Marty Dahmer (Dawn) and Brian Dahmer; two brothers, Gerald Dahmer (Marie) and Steve Dahmer; five grandchildren, Mikayla Dahmer (Drew Carlburg), Bailey Berry (Clayton), Lexi Millsap (Dillon Schmidt), Carley Dahmer (Jake Runyon), and Blake Dahmer; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
