We are so sad to announce the tragic passing of William 'Billy' Foxx Blakely of Belton, MO on December 15, 2022, at the age of 25.

Billy was born on August 6, 1997 to Tracy (Spear) Freeman and Peter Blakely in McHenry, IL.

Billy lived his life with a curious heart and adventurous soul. Billy's greatest love and accomplishment is his beautiful daughter, Mia. His other loves were being on the open water, fishing, riding his motorcycle and he was a genius at anything mechanical, sometimes with a few flowery words.

Billy is survived by his parents Tracy (Shawn) Freeman, Peter (Lisa) Blakely; sisters, Jordan (Ben) Moser, Isabel Blakely, Laurana Freeman; brother, Paxton Freeman, grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, partner Nicky, rescue dog Dozer, and friends.

Though Billy is not walking next to us in this life any longer, there will always be a piece of him with those who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Billy's life will be held with a visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083

On Saturday January 14, 2022 there will be an additional celebration of Billy's life from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Crossroads Church, 600 Highland Dr. Winnebago, Illinois 61088.
