WAYNE ALLEN SIEMS

Wayne Allen Siems, age 82, of Raymore, Missouri passed away on March 5, 2024, at his home surrounded by loving family.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11am on Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Fellowship Church – Raymore Campus, 116 S. Washington St., Raymore, MO 64083.

Wayne was born in Beatrice, Nebraska on January 27, 1942, the son of Willis Frederick Siems and Beatrice Evelyn Lancaster. After high school, Wayne graduated from the Building Construction Technology department of the Nebraska Vocational Technical School in Milford, Nebraska. He later started his family-owned remodeling company called Siems Construction where he worked for 40 plus years. Wayne was a meticulous craftsman, with a creative mind that was constantly engaged in some sort of project. Wayne met the love of his life Linda VanLaningham whom he married on September 13, 1964. Together they were blessed with three loving children, Lonnie, Angela and Teresa. Wayne was a man of strong faith; he was a deacon in the church at a young age and led a Men's Bible Study Group later in life. He loved old cars, and listening to southern gospel music and his favorite songs from the 50s and 60s. Wayne was a family man, spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren, extended family and many friends. He has left an indelible mark on the lives and hearts of everyone who knew him, and will be loved and missed by all.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Willis F. and Beatrice E. Siems; and two brothers, Roger Siems and William Siems.

Here to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 59 years Linda Siems; his three children, Lonnie Siems (Kathy), Angela Becker (Jerry), and Teresa Eberhart (Chris); brother, Robert "Bob" Siems (Nancy); sister, Joyce Lienemann; five grandchildren, Elijah Siems, Christian Hatch, Jessica Hatch, Claire Eberhart (fiancé Jonah), and Ashlen Eberhart; and two great grandchildren, Izayah Stiles and Alaudia Andrade.

Flowers may be delivered to Fellowship Church, 116 S. Washington St, Raymore, MO 64083 on the day of the event (Friday, March 15th between the hours of 8:30am - 10am).
