VIOLET E. WALKER

Violet E. Walker, age 87, of Peculiar, Missouri, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, June 14, 2019.

A Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, 10507 Holmes Rd. Kansas City, Missouri, 64131.

Violet was born on August 16, 1931 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the daughter of Fredrick William Bopp and Elsie (Haldemon) Bopp. Violet was joined in marriage with her late husband Robert "Bob" and was blessed with many years together. For thirty-five years she worked in the Federal Reserve Bank. Family was very important to Violet, but just as important were her animals. Violet had a strong passion for all her pets.

Violet is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert "Bob" Walker; parents Fredrick and Elsie Bopp; and two brothers, Fredrick and Edward Bopp.

She is survived by her two loving stepchildren, Derek Walker, of the home and Kathy Sparrow (Larry); two grandchildren Bob Roth and Andrea Turner (Lee); and two great grandchildren, Zach and Katelyn.
