VERA LAVONNE FORD

Vera LaVonne Ford, age 56, of Peculiar, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Raymore Cemetery, East Lucy Webb Rd., Raymore, Missouri 64083. A celebration of life will be held at Belton VFW, 144 Vivian St., Belton, Missouri 64012 at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Vera was born May 9, 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri. Vera was a selfless person with an infectious smile who never met a stranger. Vera always cared for those less fortunate, as anyone could tell from her life's work taking care of others.

Vera is survived by her mother, Sandra Schooling, sister Tina Dellucci (Vic), brother Buddy Ford (Debbie), niece Martina Crandall (Matt), nephew, Joshua Foster (LouLou), great nephews, Bryce, Brayden, Karson, and Easton, as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
