TREVA L. MERRIWEATHER

Treva L. Merriweather, age 62, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital on the Plaza surrounded by her loving family.

Treva was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 3, 1963, the daughter of Rodney G. Swartz and Karen F. Shedden. After graduating Treva worked in the dental field for many years. Treva was blessed with her son, Nicholas S. Lampton. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Treva was preceded in death by her parents, Rodney and Karen Swartz; and her beloved son, Nicholas S. Lampton.

She is survived by her brother, Samuel G. Swartz (Cheryl), sisters, Pamela Y. Breit (Roger) and Dori Morris (Gary); brother, Vincent L. Swartz; half-brother, Adam Swartz (Megan); and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

An inurnment will take place in the Raymore Cemetery, Raymore, Missouri.
