THOMAS S. CARROLL
Thomas S. Carroll, age 46, of Raymore, MO, passed away May 15, 2016 at Belton Regional Medical Center.
Thomas was born on September 17, 1969 in Independence, MO. He was the son of Michael G. Carroll and Cathy Ann Blackston.
He is survived by his parents, Cathy and James Blackston; his partner of 24 years, JR Rich, one son, Jared Rich; one daughter, Tylee Rich; his brother, Scott Blackston; his sister, Charity Wilkerson (Harold); two grandchildren, Abigail and Arianna Gonzalez, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held 4:30-8:30 p.m., Sunday, May 22, at Thomas' and JR's home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to www.waysidewaifs.org
