Terry was born July 24, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Claude C. Cox and Elsie P. McNish. He was preceded in by his father, Claude C. Cox. Terry is survived by his daughters, Jodie Cox and Jennifer Hubbard (Craig); mother, Pearl Eisenhower (Jim); sister, Cheryl Friedley (Dennis); step children, Trisha and Dustin Glasco and niece, Andrea.
