Memorials may be made to Kansas City Hospice 1500 Meadow Lake Parkway #200, Kansas City, MO 64114. Tarry was born September 9, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Burle G. and Mildred M. Malan Looney. Tarry was preceded in death by his father, Burle G. Looney. He is survived by his sons, Joseph L. and Steven B. Looney; mother, Mildred M. Looney; brothers, Victor Looney (Lori) and Lynn Looney (Mary Dell); sister, Malinda Davis (Jeff).
