TAEGAN JENE STEWART

Taegan Jene Stewart, age 19, of Belton, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 23, 2024. Taegan was born in Kansas City, Missouri on September 16, 2004 to Charles Duane Stewart Jr. and Lisa Jene (Hughes) Stewart. Taegan graduated from Belton High School in 2023.  Known for her radiant smile, laughter, and playful personality, Taegan touched many lives and brought joy to her family and friends. In life, she loved playing softball, singing, and playing the piano.

Taegan was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Richard Thompson and paternal grandmother, Bonnie K. Stewart. She is survived by her parents, Charles and Lisa Stewart; two brothers, Vince Stewart (fiancé Stacy Miller) and Braden Stewart; niece and nephew, Mia Miller and Liam Stewart; paternal grandfather, Charles Stewart Sr.; maternal grandmother, Jonnie Sue Thompson; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Though her time with us was brief, the depth of love and happiness she shared will forever remain in our hearts. "Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I'll miss you until we meet again." Taegan loved much and was loved much!

Services will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Taegan will then be laid to rest at Raymore Cemetery.
