SUSAN KAY HENRICKS

Susan Henricks, 67, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026. She was born on July 9, 1958, in Chanute, Kansas, to Don and Georgia Shivley, both of whom preceded her in death.

Susan was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Amber Clover.

She is survived by her son, Justin Henricks (Sandy), and a large, loving family that meant everything to her. Her grandchildren include Jeron Clover (Carly), Alivia Clover (Trenton), Chanlor Welch (Chassity), Conner Welch (Valerie), Bryce Clover (Brooke), Adrien Henricks, Trenton Clover, Elijah Henricks, Jordan Henricks, and Justin Henricks Jr. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Paxton Welch and Dani Clover.

Susan is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Karen Goodwin (Ron), Donna McDonald (Bob), Nancy Peter (Dean), and Mary Beth Jackson (Roy), along with many nieces and nephews who cherished her deeply and never missed a chance to lovingly tease their Aunt Susan.

Susan had a strong work ethic and a compassionate heart. She worked as a caregiver at Beautiful Savior, where she touched many lives through her kindness and dedication.

Above all, Susan loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart. Her love was fierce, unconditional, and unwavering. She was known as “Mom” not only to her own children, but to many others who felt her warmth and care throughout their lives.

Susan will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held on April 18, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM in Peculiar, Missouri.
