SUSAN L. HEADLEY

Susan L. Headley, age 68, of Peculiar, Missouri passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Services will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc., 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. with the celebration of life following at 2:00 p.m.

Susan was born in Miami, Florida on December 4, 1956, the daughter of Lee Quick and Mary Riedl. Soon after high school, Susan met the love of her life, Charles Headley and were later married. Together they were blessed with two children, Chasity and Joshua. Susan provided for her family by owning and operating Quicks Cleaning service. During her career, she formed friendships with her clients that spanned decades. She had a huge heart for animals. She was the vice president for the non-profit organization, Angels Left Behind, where she was personally responsible for helping hundreds of animals. Susan loved gardening, hosting holidays at her home, and spending time with her three grandchildren.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Mary Quick; her loving husband, Charles Headley; niece, Shelly Quick; and nephew, Keith Quick.

She is survived by her two children, Chasity Harmon (James) and Joshua Headley (Patrice); two brothers, Raymond Quick (Terry) and Mike Quick (Peggy); sister, Theresa Quick (Ken); three grandchildren, Landon Headley, Olivia Headley and Greyson Harmon; two nephews, Wayne,
and Brad Quick.
