BABY SOFIA MONROE HILSABECK

Sofia Monroe Hilsabeck, infant daughter of Jacob and Keyawna Hilsabeck, passed away too soon on the evening of Saturday, May 16th, 2026. From the very beginning, Sofia showed what it meant to be strong, brave, and a true fighter. Though her time here was far too short, she faced every moment with quiet strength and resilience, surrounded by warmth, comfort, and the love of those who cherished her most.

During Sofia’s brief visit on earth, she touched the lives of many who loved her. While her family awaited her arrival with joyful expectation, they will forever hold onto and cherish the memory of Sofia, knowing that all she ever experienced was love. She will be greatly missed.

Preceding Sofia in passing is her maternal grandfather, Curtis Downey.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving parents, Jacob and Keyawna; maternal grandparents, Gina Lutz, Adam Lutz, Martin Graham, and Gabbi Graham; paternal grandparents, Kip and Cyndi Hilsabeck; great-grandparents; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Sofia’s life will be held with a memorial visitation on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1402 Essex Ct. Raymore, Missouri 64083.
