SHARON KAY KOSTECKA
January 8, 1943 - August 7, 2023

Sharon Kay Kostecka, age 80, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023 surrounded by her loving family members.

Sharon was born in Falcon, Missouri, on January 8, 1943 to Albert Munholland and Gladys Irene (Steward) Munholland. Shortly after graduating high school, Sharon was joined in marriage with her loving husband Robert in 1967.  Sharon worked various jobs throughout life but most recently worked as a sales associate at LensCrafters.  In life Sharon loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Gladys Irene Munholland.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Kostecka; three daughters, Melissa Fox (Chris), Daphne Timberlake, and Kimberly Gulick (Scott); son, Jamie Higdon (Diane), brother, Bill Munholland (Kathy), sister, Margaret Bursuch, five grandchildren, Alexis Vielhauer (Mike), Mason Fox (Miranda), McKenna Timberlake (Clay), Jacob Huff, and Quade Hudson, and five great grandchildren, Peyton Huff, Camden Huff, Wyatt Huff, Grayson Fox, and Riley Vielhauer.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Grandview Community of Christ, 12600 Byars Rd, Grandview, MO 64030 at 10:00 a.m.
