RUTH DARLEEN BEASLEY
Ruth Darleen (Culp) Beasley, age 94, of Raymore MO passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, February 27, 2026, at St. Sabina Catholic Church 700 Trevis Ave., Belton, Missouri 64012. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 a.m. followed by the mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, Missouri.
Ruth was born May 29, 1931, in Kansas City, Missouri to Eva (O’Bryan) and Clarence Culp.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J Beasley; daughter, Cathleen A Brown; two grandsons, Thomas (Jake) Nicholas and Patrick Michael Beasley; her parents, Eva and Clarence Culp; her siblings, Francis Culp, Catherine Diebold, and Dorothy Newby.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Davis (Randy) of Kansas City MO, Jody Nicholas (Bryan) of Peculiar MO and sons, Robert Michael Beasley of Raymore MO, James Patrick Beasley (Gina) of Belton MO; her fifteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
As a young lady, Ruth worked for Central Bank in Kansas City MO ensuring all debit and credit transactions match up and balance accurately. Later, Ruth was employed by Research Medical Center in KCMO as a floor secretary. In addition to caring for her family and home Ruth spent most of her life supporting her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren participating in a variety of sports, theater, music, and dance.
She always shared some of her best stories from her years growing up in the 40’s, 50’s & 60’s. She always remembered her family with sweet heartfelt birthday and anniversary wishes. Ruth has been a member of Saint Sabina Catholic Parish of Belton MO since 1985. She loved visiting and catching up with friends on her way to mass. Ruth’s warm smile and caring way will be deeply missed.
