ROBERT JOSEPH DVORAK

Robert Joseph Dvorak, age 86, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Robert was born in Joliet, Illinois on September 22, 1938 to Fred Dvorak and Adelaide (Downey) Dvorak. He graduated rom Joliet Catholic High School class of 1956 and briefly continued his education before enlisting in the United States Army. While in the Army, Robert was assigned to the Whitehouse as a cryptographer working on counterintelligence.

In the early summer of 1975, Robert was joined in marriage with his wife, Mary on May 9th in Joliet, Illinois. Robert was a man of Catholic faith, most currently a parishioner at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lee's Summit, Missouri. In life, Robert was an avid golfer and loved watching all sorts of sports.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Adelaide Dvorak.

He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years Mary Dvorak; children, Kevin Dvorak (Anna), Cindy Price (Truman), David Kravish (Debbie), and Jeffrey Kravish; six grandchildren, Marissa Dvorak, Genevieve Dvorak, Brooke Jacobson, Ryne Jacobson (Madison), David Kravish (Ashton), and Aaron Kravish; and two great grandchildren, Declan and Elsie Rae Kravish.

Services will be on June 4th, 2025 at 10am followed by rosary at 10.30am and funeral mass at 11 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church rt 150 in Lees Summit Mo. Burial will be at St Joseph's Catholic Cemetery Joliet Illinois at a later date.
