ROBERT RAY CLUTTER

Robert "Bob" Ray Clutter, age 88, of Belton, Missouri, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, December 30, 2022.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Crossroads United Methodist Church, 515 Markey Pkwy, Belton, Missouri 64012. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Bob will then be laid to rest at Belton Cemetery.

Bob was born in Kansas City, Missouri on February 23, 1934 to Kesler Ray Clutter and Violet Mae (Stackhouse) Clutter. After graduating high school Bob furthered his education briefly. He spent his life as a farmer by trade, however Bob was also a machine engineer and welder. He founded Clutter Chimney Service which is owned now by a grandson. In life he was a man of Methodist faith, most recently attending Crossroads United Methodist Church in Belton, Missouri. Bob loved to be on his motorcycle, was a member of Retreads Motorcycle Club and H.O.G. Club. He also loved spending time on his pontoon with his family and grandkids.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Kesler and Violet Clutter; sister, Dorothy Sheeley; and niece, Glenda Gutheridge.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Nancy Clutter of seventy-one years; daughter, Sandy Clutter; two sons, Timothy Clutter (Becky) and Duce Clutter (Doris); sister, Dorine McCarty; nine grandchildren, Ryan Clutter (Nikki), Scott Clutter (Corena), Jaimi Shields (Ryan), James Clutter, Cathy Clutter, Briley Giamalva, Danny Clutter, Jessica Chai (Aaron), and Janell Huff; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given in Bob's name to the Crossroads United Methodist Church as addressed above.
