RICHARD L. ROPER
Richard L. Roper, age 70, of Independence, Missouri, passed away April 29, 2016.
Private family services will be scheduled at a later date.
Richard was born August 6, 1945 in Kansas City, MO. He was the son of Herman and Jennie (Melton) Roper. After graduating high school, Richard enlisted in the Air Force and bravely served his country. He worked as a computer technician in the banking industry.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his three brothers, Charles Roper (Louella), Larry Roper (Anita) and Ron Roper (Marta); three nieces and two nephews.
