RICHARD T. HEADLEY
Richard T. Headley, 74, of Belton, Missouri passed away December 30, 2012 at his home. He was born January 29, 1938 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Macon and Katherine Walters Headley. Richard met his high school sweetheart, Sue Ellsworth, at Grandview High School and they married on August 15th, 1955. Richard worked in commercial roofing and retired from Porter Roofing as a superintendent in 2003. Memorial services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 2-3 PM. Burial in Belton Cemetery. Richard was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sue; brothers, Bob and Charles and son-in-law Darrell. He is survived by five daughters, Connie and Randy Shepard, Deanna and George Weddle, Vickie and Scott Johnson, Cathie Lancaster, Debbie and Ken Kincaide; brother, Melvin Headley; 12 grandchildren, Don, Matt, Kiley, Richard, Nicole, Natalie, Candi, Brian, Ashley, Allison, George and Tiffany and 18 great grandchildren. Pops, you were laughter and light of our lives. Thank you for always making us smile! We love you!
