RICHARD D. FREDRICK

Richard D. Fredrick, age 62, of Belton, Missouri, passed away at his home on July 8, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

A Visitation Service will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Belton Assembly of God, 613 E. North Ave., Belton, Missouri 64012. A Memorial Service will follow immediately at 12 p.m.

Born on February 11, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas, Richard was the son of William Fredrick and Carol (Peterson) Fredrick. Since his youth, Richard loved to work with his hands and even went on to build a career as a carpenter. After completing high school, Richard proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. After giving 4 years of service, Richard excelled in his carpentry career path as he had a passion for woodworking. He also loved to go fishing and hunting in past years. In the winter of 1987, Richard was joined in marriage with his wife, Mona Mackey on January 17th. In life, Richard was blessed with six grandchildren, Alexandria, Sophia, Nausicaa, Azreal, Jaymey, and Jennifer.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, William and Carol Fredrick.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Mona Fredrick; daughter Jassmyn Fredrick; son Patrick Smith (Dannielle); and six grandchildren, Alexandria, Sophia, Nausicaa, Azreal, Jaymey, and Jennifer.
