R.G. JOHNSTON
R.G. Johnston, 87, of Raymore, MO passed away January 30, 2014. Private family services. Memorials may be made to Serenity Care Hospice 1626 Elm Street Harrisonville, MO 64701. R.G. was born April 13, 1926 in Ethel, Missouri, the son of Noah E. and Ruby Surber Johnston. R.G. was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Billy Johnston. He is survived by his wife Betty of 66 years; one niece, Arnetta K. Johnston and three nephews, Mike, Phil and Richard Johnston. R.G. was an Army veteran served during WWII in the 304th Infantry. He worked for Montgomery Ward for 31 years and retired in 1981.
