RENE` JOHN HARLOW
Rene` John Harlow, 80, of Raymore, Missouri passed away May 18, 2012 at the home. Memorial Mass will be 3 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at St. Sabina Catholic Church 700 Trevis Ave. Belton, MO. Inurnment will be 10 AM Wednesday at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, KS. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice 9221 Ward Pkwy Ste 100 Kansas City, MO 64114. Rene` was born July 7, 1931 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of John McA. and Renée Baillergeau Harlow. He is survived by his wife LaVerne of 12 years; brothers, Jacques Harlow of New Jersey and Leo Harlow (Helen) of Massachusetts; sister, Marie Grace Polson of Virginia; step children, Janet Kral & fiancé, Larry Perry, of Texas, Bob & Linda Heider, of Kansas, Wayne & Laveda, of Missouri, Randy & Julie Heider of Georgia, Peg & Jerry Kenter, of Texas, Patricia McGinnis, of Washington, Joerene Empson of Missouri, Mary & Dave Webers of Texas, Nancy Remy of Washington, Cheryl Foster & fiancé, Jim Brackin of Arizona; nine nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his first wife Sarah Harlow; brother, Patrick Harlow and step son, David Heider. Rene` had retired from the Air Force with 23 years of service, serving in the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
