RANDALL R. WINCHEL
Randall R. Winchel, 48, of Belton, Missouri passed away April 24, 2013. He was born January 10, 1965. Funeral services 3:00 PM Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 1-3 PM. He was current Board member of Western Cass Fire District and served several years as Assistant Chief and lifetime member of North American Hunting Club. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Grabner and grandparents, Kenneth and Ethel Brown. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Winchel; mother, Judy O'Neal; son, Joshua Winchel; daughters, Emily, Katlin and Krystal Winchel; brother, Michael Grabner; sisters, Jennifer Rhoades, Dawn Scofield; two grandsons, Dakota and Hunter Winchel.
