PHILLIP J. DIGEORGE, JR.
Phillip J. DiGeorge, Jr., 65, of Raymore, Missouri passed away November 11, 2011. Funeral Mass will be 11 AM Tuesday, November 15th, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church 600 N. Liberty St. Independence, MO 64050 with visitation 10-11 AM. Graveside services will be 3 PM at Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. Memorial contribution may be made to Crossroads Hospice. Phillip was born April 18, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Phillip J. and LaVinia Grant DiGeorge, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Jerri of 45 years; two daughters, Shannon Liptak and husband Nick, Stephanie Cono and husband Eliseo; two sons, Matthew and Christopher DiGeorge; two brothers, Michael DiGeorge and wife Linda, Shawn Todd; four grandchildren, Jacob, Phillip, Holden and Parker. He was a member of Coronation of Our Lady Catholic Church and was employed with Yellow Freight for 32 years and was an Army Vietnam Veteran.
