PENELOPE "PENNYE" C. JONES
Penelope "Pennye" C. Jones, age 65, of Grandview, Missouri, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2018, at Redwood of Raymore in Raymore, Missouri. No services have been scheduled at this time.

Pennye was born on April 2, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the daughter of Edward Jones and Minnie (Slaughter) Jones.
For 17 years, Pennye was a customer service supervisor for AT&T.
She was a member of Connection Point, formerly First Baptist Church of Raytown, Missouri.
Pennye had a passion for computers. As a graphic designer, she invented sets for the Microsoft SIMS game. At home she could be found building, customizing and always improving her computers.
Blessed with many talents, Pennye owned and operated a crocheting business and also created gifts for her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping and interior decorating.
Pennye was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Minnie Jones.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Nelson; her siblings, Brenda Shelton (husband, Edward), Malvin Jones, and Carolyn Jones; four nieces, LaTanya Dodd-Badmus (husband, Opeyemi), Alexis Dodd-Conley (husband, Billy), Nicole Spicer (husband, Anthony), and Merry Jones; one nephew, Everette Dodd; many cousins and many friends.
