PAUL EDWARD CHAFIN
Paul Edward Chafin, 70, of Raymore, MO passed away peacefully November 14, 2013 at Wilshire at Lakewood with his children by his side. Paul was born July 19, 1943 in Mingo Co., West Virginia, the son of Albert and Gladys Perry Chafin. Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carol; father, Albert; son, Paul Chafin; daughter, Paula Chafin; grandson, Alan Lawing and sister, Fawn Aravanis. Paul is survived by his children, Anthony Chafin (Caroline), Gregory Chafin (Kerry), Regina Buckley, Teri Lawing (Kerry), Erica Demack and Cynthia Rickard (Mark); mother, Gladys Chafin; brothers, Albert, John and Bill Chafin; sisters, Francis McClarnon and Brenda Mara; 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The family and close friends plan to celebrate his life privately together. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Belton Young Life 911 S. Westover Rd., Belton, MO 64012.
