PATSY MARILYN HORINE

Patsy Marilyn (Ford) Horine, 69, of Houston Lake, MO, passed away January 5, 2011 at North Kansas City Hospital. Services will be held at Unity Temple, 707 West 47th Street, Kansas City, MO 64112. Visitation is from 10:00am – 12:00pm Saturday, January 8, 2011 with services following immediately from 12:00-1:00. Patsy was born on a September 12, 1941 in Glenwood, MO, the daughter of Walter and Thelma Ford. She worked for 10 years at Conoco, she was a stay at home mother for 8 years, and she most recently worked for Layne Christensen Company. Survivors include her husband Albert Horine; daughters, Rhonda Heltzel and her husband Lantie, Brenda Kotar and her husband Peter; step son, Pete Horine and his wife Beth; 7 grandchildren, Sam, Abby, Sophia, Michael, Owen, Jackson and Kate; and a dog named Jack. Patsy was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, water skiing, reading and most of all socializing. You would never forget her if you met her. Her personality was very energetic and refreshing. She could bring a smile to your face regardless of the circumstances. She touched our lives with her heart, kindness, and love. She sincerely gave more than she ever received in every moment of her life. We are going to deeply miss you. We love you mom.
