PATRICK M. TRUSLER

Patrick M Trusler, age 67 of Peculiar, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

A visitation service will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Cullen Funeral Home followed by a burial at Peculiar Cemetery in Peculiar, Missouri.

Patrick was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Phillip M. Trusler and Edith (McCullough) Trusler. After graduating high school Patrick furthered his education and received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice  from the University of Central Missouri. In 1972, Patrick was joined in marriage with his wife Gloria (Allen) on January 8 ^th . Together they were blessed with three children, Jennifer, Colleen, and Paul. Patrick served as a police officer for forty years before beginning his career with Homeland Security. He also had spent ten years working for Homeland Security. Patrick loved to travel, take vacations, hunt, and spend time woodworking.

Patrick is preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Edith Trusler, and brother Phillip Trusler.

He is survived by his loving wife of over forty-eight years, Gloria Trusler; two daughters, Jennifer Moore (Stephen) and Colleen Cochran (Kris); son, Paul Trusler (Courtney); two brothers, Steve and Tim Trusler; twelve grandchildren, Josephine, Patricia, Kalvin, Delia, Autumn, Phillip, Lilly, Eli, William, Kathryn, Sarah, Roman, and one great grandson Kain.
