PATRICK JOE KASTL

Patrick Joe Kastl, age 91, of Belton, Missouri passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Patrick was born in Weston, Nebraska on March 11, 1935, the son of Stanley Kastl and Edith Hentges Kastl. Patrick was blessed with three sons, Greg, Daniel, and Mark. In life, Patrick worked for Armour Packing Company in Omaha, Nebraska for 24 years, then transferred to Armour in Kansas City for about 6 years. Then he became an Iron Worker Local 520 for Bratton Steel Fabrication Company for 16 years. Patrick loved to go duck and goose hunting and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Royals and Nebraska Cornhuskers fan.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Edith Kastl; sisters, Marie Burnett, Lucille Venable, and Eleanor Schroeder; and brother, Dennis Kastl.

He is survived by his three sons, Greg Kastl, Daniel Kastl, and Mark Kastl (Rebecca); brother, Raymond Kastl (Joylene); sister, Loretta Messman; three grandchildren, Kash, Madasyn and Jake.
