Patricia Ann Stephenson Fitzwater, 62, of Raymore, Missouri passed away November 17, 2011 at her home. Entombment will be 10:00 AM Monday, November 21, 2011 at Mt. Washington Cemetery, with visitation 3-5 PM Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Cullen Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice or American Cancer Society. She was born August 14, 1949 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of David and Betty Stephenson. She is survived by husband, David; mother, Betty Stephenson; brothers, David Russell Stephenson, Charles Stephenson; sister, Stephanie Stephenson and dogs, Nikki, Alex and Jake.
