Otis E. Barnes, 71, of Raymore, Missouri passed away September 1, 2010. Funeral services will be 2PM Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Cullen Funeral Home, with visitation 1-2PM. Burial will be in Raymore Cemetery. Otis was born May 30, 1939 in Afton, Oklahoma the son of Herbert and Lela Dillinger Barnes. He is survived by his children Dan, Ken, Dale, and Kristina, brother, Butch Barnes; sisters, Patsy Schubert and Delores Collins; 7 grandchildren, Garason, Cole, Jake, Kaci, Rachael, Aaron and Brian.
