OMER WAX, JR.
Omer Wax, Jr., 84 of Belton, MO passed away August 22, 2012 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 1-2 PM. Burial in Belton Cemetery. Memorials to the Disabled American Veterans or charity of choice. Omer was born October 27, 1927 in Gillham, Arkansas, the son of Omer and Delia Dunnigan Wax, Sr. He is survived by his wife Leota of 60 years; daughter, Connie L Bryant (Robert); brothers, Charles and Gerald Page; 2 grandchildren, Chad (Michelle) and Aaron (Ashley); 4 great grandchildren, Colton, Hailey, Zach and Ali. Omer worked at TWA for 19 yrs. then retired in 1986 and was a retired Air Force and Navy Veteran serving during WWII, Vietnam and Korean Wars.
