NANCY ANNE DAL PORTO

Nancy was born to Carolyn and Lloyd Adams in the early morning hours on November 13th, 1965. She was raised in Grandview, MO, graduating from Grandview Senior High school in 1985. Throughout her primary school years, she was heavily involved in the Girl Scouts and won the Gold award, the highest award in the Girl Scouts. She then graduated from Longview Community College with her Associates degree.

Nancy married Craig on February 28th, 1998 & had two children shortly after. She was the HR manager at Linens N Things before finding the career she loved. Working with children as a para at Martin City Elementary/Middle School before moving on to Grandview Senior High school to work in the nurse’s office. She was beloved by the students & staff she worked with.

Nancy consistently went out of her way to help those around her during her life, whether it was making people meals, helping them with tasks, or simply talking with them when they needed it most. She touched countless lives and will be deeply missed by her family, friends and community.

She leaves behind her mother Carolyn Adams, her siblings and brother-in-law; Tim Adams, Laura Adams and Charles McBath, her husband Craig Dal Porto, and her two sons and daughter in-law; Enzo and Jill Dal Porto and Tatum Dal Porto.

A private family memorial service will be held. Details on a public celebration of Nancy's life will be provided as more information becomes available.
