MYRON SMUDER

Myron Smuder, age 81, of Peculiar, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

A private family celebration of life will be held on a later date.

Myron was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 5, 1939 to Ralph Albert Zmuda and Geniva G. (Condon) Zmuda. After high school Myron began his career serving his country in the United States Air Force. For twenty-three years he faithfully served during the end of the Korean war and all through the Vietnam war. Myron earned a bachelor's degree and went on to work in retail for fifteen years as a manager at Radio Shack. In life Myron was joined in marriage with his wife Mary H. (Shelton) and together they were blessed with one son, Michael. While Myron took much pride in his faithful and honorable service with the United States Air Force, he also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Myron was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Geniva Zmuda.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary H. Smuder; son, Michael D. Smuder (Leslyn); two brothers, Ralph Zmuda and Harold Jackson; two sisters, Marie Chapman and Sherri Wald; and two granddaughters, Mikayla and Haley.
