MILO CHARLES LARIMER

Milo Charles Larimer, 73, of Raymore, Missouri passed away November 27, 2011 at Beautiful Savior Nursing Home. Graveside services will be 2:30 PM Friday, December 2, 2011 at Raymore Cemetery with visitation 1-2 PM at Cullen Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church 1111 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, MO 64083. Milo was born October 1, 1938 in Geneseo, Illinois, the son of Paul J. and Florence E. Carlson Larimer. He attended the University of Iowa and earned his degree at the University of Florida. After graduation he joined the US Army, and served active duty in Korea. He is survived by his wife Diane of 36 years; son, Aaron T. Larimer of Kansas City, MO; sister, Joy P. Lenius of Oviedo, Florida. Milo organized a group of parents and together they began the first tennis program at Ray-Pec High School. Milo was a member of the Optimist Club, Lions Club, US Tennis Association and St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
