MICHAEL HERBERT FRITZSHALL

Michael Herbert Fritzshall, age 73, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021.

A memorial service will be held on a later date.

Michael was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 11, 1947 to Sherwood Fritzshall and Shirley (Shonka) Fritzshall. After graduating high school, Michael attended one year of college in Warrensburg, Missouri before starting his service in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1970. In the summer of 1971 Michael was joined in marriage with his wife Teresita (Fontanoz) on June 1st. Together they were blessed with one child, James. Michael's way of life was in aviation. He worked for the Kansas City Police Department for nineteen years, and most recently as a flight instructor and freelance pilot before retiring. Michael was also very passionate about photography.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Sherwood and Shirley Fritzshall; and sister, Kerry Fritzshall.

He leaves behind his loving wife of over fourty-nine years, Teresita S. Fritzshall; son, James Fritzshall (Heather); and sister Susan Colgan (Mark).
