Mary N. Stiles, 75, of Peculiar, MO passed away February 10, 2010. Funeral services 11AM Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 10-11AM. Graveside services 3PM at Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO. Mary was born October 22, 1934 in Everton, MO the daughter of Lawrence and Neville Lollar Pederson. She devoted her life to her family and community and will best be remembered for her beautiful smile and warm heart. Mary became a Red Cross Volunteer, acting as School Nurse at Pleasant Lea Elementary for six years before volunteering in the school library. Mary enjoyed crafting with her friends and volunteered at Jefferson Manor Nursing Home for many years assisting with activities with the residents. Mary spent many weekends square dancing with "The Moonshiners" club and took pride serving with her husband as President of National Square Dance Association. She and her husband traveled across the United States and abroad, highlights include Italy, Panama Canal, Hawaii and a six week tour of Alaska. She was preceded in death by her son Randy Stiles and granddaughter Mary Stiles. Mary is survived by her husband Robert; daughters, Beth Kramps and husband Richard of Lee's Summit, MO and Becky Wiercinski of Peculiar, MO; son, Gary Stiles of Houston, TX; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and her dog Molly.
