MARY FRANCES PERKINS

Mary Frances Perkins, age 79, of Grandview, Missouri, passed away surrounded by her loving family members on Sunday, December 29, 2019.

A visitation service will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at St. Sabina Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be held following the visitation at 11:00 a.m. Following mass, a burial will be held at Belton Cemetery in Belton, Missouri.

Mary was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 29, 1940 to Daniel Perkins and Marie (Hile) Perkins. Growing up she was one of eight children including Robert, William, Daniel, Fred, Dorothy, Patricia, and Dolores. In life Mary enjoyed many things, especially watching her St. Louis Cardinals play ball. She was also an avid hockey fan, cheering on the St. Louis Blues. Mary enjoyed reading various novels and very much loved caring for younger children.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Marie Perkins; and seven siblings, Robert Perkins, William Perkins, Daniel Perkins, Fred Perkins, Dorothy Miller, Patricia Walls, and Dolores Bidondo.

She leaves behind many nieces and nephews who knew and loved her dearly.
