MARY MICHELLE COURTNEY

Mary Michelle Courtney, age 55, of Raymore, Missouri passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, at Menorah Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

A visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc., 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083 with burial to follow at Cleveland Cemetery, Hwy D and E 241st St. Cleveland, Missouri.

Michelle was born in Charleston, West Virginia on February 14, 1971, the daughter of Rex Leadmon and Patricia Kutz. In life, Michelle worked in the restaurant industry for many years. She had a love for her dogs, classic rock concerts, collecting CD’s and vinyl records and enjoying watching Hallmark Christmas movies. Michelle met and later married Doug Courtney on October 19, 2013.

Michelle was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Leadmon.

She is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Doug A. Courtney; four children, Dylan Massey, Steven Cantley, Jeff Massey, and Megan Massey; brother, Michael Leadmon; and sister, Rita Duesenbury (Cory).
