Mark J. Harper, 48, of Kansas City, MO passed away March 20, 2010. Memorial services 6:30PM with visitation 5-6:30PM Thursday at Cullen Funeral Home. He was born Nov.5, 1961 in Harrisonville, MO the son of Jerry and Doris Summerskill Harper. He is survived by his parents Jerry and Gayle Harper, Doris Brooks; daughter, Sarah Harper; grandparents Florence Harper, Mary and Ron Chiswell; partner Glen Zeller; brothers and sisters, Jerry Harper, JR. and Bob Moreno, Susan and Bill England, Jeanette and Mike Steadman.
