MARGIE ELLEN LONG
Margie Ellen Long, 85, of Belton, Missouri passed away October 9, 2011. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation Noon to 2:00
PM. Burial will be in Belton Cemetery. Margie was born November 27, 1925 in Collins, Missouri, the daughter of Lon and Julia Petiford Emmert. She worked as an Assembler for Tortel and was a member of South Haven Baptist Church and Ladies VFW Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas and three sisters, Florda Hammond, Velma Allison and Lucille Kirby and two brothers, Otis and Glen Emmert. She is survived by her children, R. Wayne Long, Howard Gene Long, Delta June Patterson; brother, Clarence Emmert; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
