MARGARET ROBERTA ROGERS
Margaret Roberta Rogers, 88, of Belton, Missouri went peacefully to her Heavenly Father, while surrounded by family on January 31, 2012. Bobby was born July 2, 1923 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Robert O. and Margaret (Lee) Powers. On June 2, 1945 she was married to G. Ray Rogers, who preceded her in death. Bobby worked in the secretarial and administration fields. She left Omaha in 1975 and she moved to Longview, Texas. In 1991 she moved to Belton, Missouri so she could be closer to her kids. She is survived by Cheryl L. and husband Tom Roling of Belton, MO; Dennis R. and wife Sue Rogers of Blue Springs, MO; James R. and wife Becky Rogers of Prairie Valley, KS; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and other relatives. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, February 3, 2012 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 10-11 AM. Bobby was a member of the Crossroads United Methodist Church and Past Pres. UM Women and member of Sunday school.
