MARCUS PENNINGTON

Marcus "Kieth" Pennington Sr departed this life May 25, 2026 at Research Medical Center in Kansas city, MO. He was born September 18, 1956 to Thelma Williams and Gary Pennington in Lawton, Oklahoma.

He had a passion for his family and was able to make everyone laugh. He served his country in the Army. He had a love for riding his motorcycle and being out by the lake. He proudly worked at Skymark Refulers helping "build big trucks" as he would describe it.

He is survived in life by his two children Marcus Pennington jr, and Elizabeth (Steffen) Hollars. His mother Thelma Williams. His sisters Michelle (Mark) Harris and Kelly Agee. One brother Mickey (Jeannette) Cambron. His grand children Jacob, Javen, Lillie, Jade, Ember, and Silas. Many amazing nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.

He was preceded in death by his father Gary Pennington. His step father Kenneth Cambron. His fiance Lee Anna Stevens. His nephews Pascal Herrera and Shauen Cambron.

His loved ones welcome anyone to join in his celebration of life planned on June 3, 2026 at Pierson Park Shelter house 2, 1818 S. 59th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66106 with BBQ catering from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M.
