Marcia May Campbell, age 87, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, passed away on March 26, 2018, surrounded by the love of her family, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, with visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m., March 30, 2018, at Cullen Funeral Home, Raymore, Missouri.

Private family graveside services will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County (itsjc.org).

Marcia was born on September 18, 1930, in Raymore, Missouri. She was the daughter of James M. Barron and Josie (Matthews) Barron.

For 14 years, Marcia worked as an assembler for SOR, Inc. in Lenexa, Kansas, until her retirement in 1997.
Marcia was a long time resident of Gardner, Kansas, and a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Gardner.

Marcia will be remembered as a helpful friend and caregiver at the Le Grand Retirement Village in Lee's Summit, Missouri. She was also known to be a fiercely loyal KU and Royals fan who, at all costs, never missed a game.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents, James and Josie Barron; her siblings, James N. Barron, Mary Jean Constant, and Nancy Birkhead; her infant son, Ronald Dale Campbell (07.22.1959); and granddaughter, Katie Ashlyn Campbell.

She is survived by her children, Norma Peters (husband, Larry), Danny "Sparky" Campbell (wife, Tamara), Calvin Campbell (wife, Cheryl), and Sean Campbell (wife, Melissa); seven grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Kelly (husband, Chris), David, Danielle, Pete, and Jenna; and five great-grandchildren, Tyler, Bella, Addison, Felicity, and Elijah.
