Maj. (Ret) RONALD MACK FULTS

Maj. (Ret) Ronald "Ron" Mack Fults, aged 91, peacefully departed on December 13, 2023 surrounded by his beloved family at Belton Regional Medical Center in Raymore, Missouri.

Funeral services in honor of his remarkable life will take place on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation begins at 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., concluding with Ron's Military funeral honor guard and committal service at Raymore Cemetery.

Born on July 13, 1932, in Jamestown, New York, to Robert O. and Carol Fults. Ron's journey led him from living above a delicatessen with his parents in Newark, New Jersey to delivering telegrams while still in high school (and getting frost bite) in Binghamton, New York and after that he went on to college for two years pursuing his talents in Architecture. Ron then began an illustrious career in the United States Air Force as a pilot in 1953 (one of the first to fly the F-86 Sabre) where he proudly served until his retirement as a Major on March 1, 1973. The last several years before his retirement from the Air Force Ron worked part time in RV and trailer sales which ultimately led to a fulltime second career Managing RV Sales until 2010.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Robert O. and Carol Fults; and beloved son, Gerald "Jerry" Mark Fults.

Surviving Family members cherishing Ron's memory are his loving wife of sixty years, Helena Fults; six children, Jeff Fults (Joy), Debbie Gardner (Robert), Rhonda Ferry (Steve), Melinda Misemer (Todd) and Alex Fults (Ann), former daughter-in-law Debbie (Hughes) Fults and sister, Margie Jones (Thomas); fifteen grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
