LINDIE MITCHELL

Lindie Mitchell, 69, of Belton, MO passed away December 21, 2014 at KU Medical Center. Graveside service 10 AM Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Leavenworth National Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be Noon December 29, 2014 at the Blue Springs Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart N Hand Ministry in Belton, MO. Lindie was born October 9, 1945 in Oshawa, Ontario Canada, the daughter of Leslie G. and Lucille Fallis Eaton. Lindie became a United States Citizen in 1976 and was very proud of that. She was a member of the National Association of Realtors for over 30 years. Lindie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel G. Mitchell and brother, Jon Eaton. She is survived by her daughters, Krisan Mitchell (Ron Clewell), Stacie Younts (Bobby) and Nila Dowell; brothers, Chris Eaton and Mike Hurd (Karen); sisters, Laurie Ann Jennings and Kim Threapleton (Jeff); 9 grandchildren, Bethany, Dillon, Mitchell, Ethan, Chelsea, Katie, Jack, Mackenzie and Trevor and 2 great grandchildren, Wyatt and Alexander.
