LINDA LORRAINE SOUTHWELL

Linda Lorraine Southwell, age 69, of Belton, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023.

Services will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at Cullen Funeral Home, Raymore, Missouri 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m.

Linda was born in Aurora, Arkansas on March 5, 1953 to Anthony Wayne Mounts and Alverna Lorraine (Casebolt). After graduating high school, Linda worked a few different jobs but was primarily a waitress. Most recently she worked at Walmart in the jewelry department. In life, Linda had such an appreciation for nature, she loved calla lilies, carnations, and watching birds at her birdfeeders. She also enjoyed watching her crime shows, loved The Big Bang Theory, and spending time with her family and cats.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony Mounts and Alverna Hartwell; brother Wayne Mounts; and granddaughter, Jessica Lawrie.

She is survived by her husband James Southwell; seven children, Racheal Riddle (Brian), Michelle Spader (Jon), Briana Lawrie, Jimmy Althouse (Heather), Nicholas Althouse (Katrina), Angela Mounts (Will), and Alicia Wagner (Chris); thirty six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
