LES STEVEN BOZARTH

Les Steven Bozarth, 58, of Mission, Kansas passed away September 14, 2013 at Kansas University Medical Center. Les graduated from Belton H.S. in 1973. He was an avid reader and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, remodeling his home and visiting his friends at the flea market. He could be found in his yard sitting in his yellow chair with a book and his cats. Les was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Harvey Bozarth. He is survived by his mother, Peggy Bozarth; brother, Stan Bozarth (Connie); sisters, Connie Bozarth (Theo); Teresa Grimaluskus; Liz Stephenson (Paul); six nephews, Jeremiah and Josh Bozarth, Brent Wheeler; Donnie Grimaluskus; and his deep sea fishing buddies Phillip and Mark Bozarth-Dreher; grandniece, Kora Grimaluskus who benefitted from his IKEA shopping excursions. A special thanks to Melissa and Jane at the dialysis clinic who became a second family and his good neighbors the Ryan's who helped so much in the last months and the caring staff at KU Medical Center. Per Les's wishes cremation with no services to be held and his cremains will be spread at his favorite place in Newport Beach, Oregon. Memorials may be sent to Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
