IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kim Arden
Hamilton
March 14, 1966 – April 1, 2021
KIM ARDEN HAMILTON
Kim Arden Hamilton, age 55, of Kansas City, MO passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at his home.
While a celebration of Kim's life will be held at a later date, we continue to celebrate his life every day.
Kim was a born teacher. After receiving his Bachelor or Arts in Mathematics, Kim worked in the Information Technology field. This, however, was not his true calling. Kim was a mathematics whiz and was in the process of pursuing an MA in mathematics this fall to return to teaching.
A talented and successful artist, Kim began a hand painted yarn dyeing business that was successful beyond his imagination. Kim was known for his eye for color and innovative dyeing techniques. He was able, via his art, to connect with people around the country and his yarns were used by multiple international designers.
Kim loved his dogs madly. They loved him too. He considered his animals to be his family; as they were. He understood and felt for those in need, both animals and people. Kim touched our lives and left us with memories of his compassion, kindness, spirit and love of life.
Kim is survived by his three Great Dane children, a partner, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends. Each was dear to him. Kim would want to be remembered for daring to live and have a zest for life.
