KENNETH C. SCHAFER
Kenneth C. Schafer, 89, of Lenexa, KS passed away October 3, 2012. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 10-11 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Kenneth was born April 26, 1923 in Keokuk, Iowa, the son of Earl C. and Frieda L. Jingst Schafer. Kenneth is survived by his wife Lois; daughter, Shauna Rickert and husband John; one grandson, Jeremiah Williams and wife Ashley; three great grandchildren, Luci, Jacy and Lincoln Williams. Kenneth was a Marine Corps World War II Veteran. He was member of the VFW, American Legion, 3rd Degree Mason, and lifelong member of The Disabled American Veterans.
